Make your room sound proof. Rooms are too small. It was clean. But not soundproof. Close to beach. Positive: It was clean Negative: Large house but you stay in a small bedroom with a bathroom. You had a small bar fridge, toaster, kettle. You had milk coffee. But you are renting a small bedroom with bathroom.Then at the back was a barn with a kitchen. It wasn’t what you thought and the walls are paper thin, so you hear everything what the next couple are doing. It’s not private.

The house and the location is beautiful but the building is noisey and the porch light illuminates the room when trigger Positive: I liked the location, the room was clean and well renovated and decorated! Negative: You can hear absolutely everything in the house, the walls are paper thin, a party of people came late at night and I could hear everything, they were only talking but it was enough to wake me up and keep me awake. Also if anyone or anything triggers the porch light it illuminates the whole room.
