Overpriced and disappointing.
Positive: Several baclconies throughout the house with ocean views. Master bedroom very spacious and has a seperate private balcony. Location close to Apollo Bay.
Negative: Disappointed with this property, especially considering the premium price. The house was old and poorly maintained, with visible mould stains, cobwebs, and very outdated furniture. The bathrooms were very dirty.
There were also maintenance issues during our stay. The upstairs shower leaked through to the ground floor, and many windows and doors had poor or no sealing, allowing wind to come straight through the house.
Overall, the property did not reflect the price being charged and did not feel worth the premium rate.

Heavenly light airy retreat
